I do agree there needs to be another head mod around for problems such as that. Whether they can deal with it quickly or not. They can still get peoples attention by simply stating "OY! People... look over here. I am a head mod!" or allowing Korau and other mods to simply throw the retards "people" over to a(n) head mod(s) to deal with.
